olive harvest

Back in November John took part in a local olive harvest on Joyce Lukon's ranch. From some 1,000 trees, 2250 pounds of olives were picked. The next day they were taken to Ojai for pressing. Last year she harvested 845 pounds which produced 213 bottles of beautiful celery green olive oil. Her label is Robinson Road Olive Oil.

Feeding the workers is always a good thing!
