Update: mystery solved - Yellow rumped warbler. They like our winters but prefer cooler climes....JK

    I think it's an immature warbler, but then aren't we all. Sending it to my friend Bruce for identification and if he says it isn't legit, then please take John's brushes away unless you want to end up with orange spotted deer....JK
